A powerful tool that lets us do more effective marketing

What are the best aspects of this product?

The tool seems very powerful and we've only scratched the service at this point. I also really like the responsiveness and flexibility to develop the platform based on our needs for each particular client.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

WIthout having experience in a similar platform or previous experience in programming, it can sometimes be hard to navigate the steps. I feel that once you get the hang of it, you could do a lot with it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to market more effectively to potential clients and we're able to provide a new marketing solution for our clients, providing us with a competitive edge.
