PROS: I find it so simple to use. The simplicity it brings makes things super convenient. Now, people won't have to worry about setting up an appointment. It's a breeze, really. The site that they'll be working with is nice and professional-looking.

CONS: It'd be nice to have an option where you can put in a text message. You'll need to get to the proper pricing structure to have something like that in the system. I think it would be ideal if the end-user has some kind of a one-month free trial or something.

PROS: This software offers a lot of incredible things. There’s a text message reminder functionality which is really helpful in minimizing no shows. Not only does the system send reminders to the clients, but it also allows recipients to reply to the SMS. Furthermore, with this software, all members of my team only have to use a single calendar to schedule their appointments. Last but not least, their customer service is solutions-oriented, helpful, and fast.

CONS: Some clients complain about not being able to make an appointment using the system. It’s very inconvenient and if not taken care of may lead to a loss of business. Aside from that, there are instances when it takes me too long to modify or do something using the software.

PROS: There are many things to love about this software such as the ease of embedding this tool into my WordPress site, the payment integration, and the ability to sync it with my IOS calendar. I take advantage of the latter to keep track of the appointments even when I’m on the go. I also love the group scheduling feature.

CONS: It would be nice if the platform offers customization capabilities. I’d like to change the fonts and colors. The scheduler also adjusts a bit when it’s embedded into a website.

PROS: I find it very useful in relaying my availability to my clients, I like that it notifies them with the upcoming meetings in case of last-minute cancellations.

CONS: Despite its excellent services, I find it a bit disappointing that the app has limited monthly bookings.

PROS: So many things that I favor with this app! I love how it's easy to synchronize your calendar to that of the app. When that happens, anything that goes on with your calendar can be updated to wherever you install the 10to8. No need to worry about double booking or errors for that matter!

CONS: Right now, I'm still surprised there's no phone app available. Hmm. They really need to install one so it can work seamlessly on mobile devices. What's more, the reminder number is actually a UK-based number. That makes it impossible for clients to respond to us.

PROS: As a manager, the app's features have helped allowed me to oversee bookings and meetings with my staff, and clients and allow me to control them for a more flexible and manageable schedule and work task.

CONS: The app for the smartphone limiting from its screen size to its operations. Our company has more than 10 employees and the app only allows for 4 users and I need to buy more license if I want to add more.

PROS: Volunteers are now able to book, make changes, or cancel their own session. They won't need to seek approval from us just to make changes. The fact that the auto-reminders are there makes it convenient for them. The reminders are conveniently sent through text and email.

CONS: There's been a bit of a change in terms of venue/location number between volunteers who are booking as well as the appointment date being set. Sadly, we couldn't make changes on the venue details sent within the auto-reminder itself. I wish they can do something about that.

PROS: I love how the tool lets my team use and set up appointments using the same calendar. Their customer support is speedy, listens to whatever it is that you have to say, and are constantly oriented to giving you the best solution for every problem encountered. Our team is almost always looking forward to delivering their product.

CONS: When it's taking forever to be do something or at least make changes to something, I end up getting annoyed. Whenever a client tells me they've set up an appointment date and the site prevents that client from successfully doing so, I feel like I'm letting everyone one. I find this to be inconvenient.

PROS: I like how the app just seamlessly weaves my workflow, allowing me to schedule my meeting consistently, once you get the details done you’ll just get notified with your upcoming meetings.

CONS: I usually meet dozens of clients every month, but the app only provides a limited amount of bookings each month, I hope this gets resolved.

PROS: There are a lot of good things with this app. For instance, clients can easily book an appointment via pre-approved slots. Clients are given reminders one day before their apartment. That led to a dramatic decrease of my client no-shows. There's a complete record of changes made. That makes it so much simpler to monitor cancellations and re-bookings.

CONS: There's only one thing that I don't like. I find their schedule display to be a bit difficult to use. Everyone will have a hard time with the learning curve that they need to go through. But if you don't mind getting dirty into the complexity of things. Then this could be the tool that will be worth it in the end.
