Watch 5 Water lock mode: How to switch between the two Screens

Galaxy watch has the ability to lock the screen using Water Lock option in Swimming mode.

However, the Swimming mode has two screens: (1) Data Display with duration, laps, length etc. (2) Heart Rate/Zone displayed in LARGE FONT. 

While swimming, I would like to switch between both screens (I want to know the duration (shown in Data Screen) And Heart Rate Zone in large font (in HR Zone screen).

However, it is not possible to navigate to the other screen as the Water lock prevents ALL key and screen operations.

Any suggestions on how to go about it?

Hi, there is 1 way u can do so. U can try disabling the water lock, then navigate to the screen u want to view, while keeping ur activity on-going. If u continue ur swim again, the water lock will be auto enabled again.
