Base on the description of the issue, you might want to try these simple troubleshooting steps:
1. Update Watch Software
- Tap on Settings > General > Update Watch Software
2. Back up the data on your watch using the Galaxy Wearable app.
- Launch Galaxy Wearable app> Settings> About Watch> back up and restore> back up
3. Reset your Galaxy Watch
- Tap on Settings> General> Reset
4. Update Samsung Pay application on your mobile device.
