Buds Pro Case Battery Level Not Shown in Wearable App

Hi, my mobile phone is S21 Ultra and, earbuds, Pro. May I ask why I have not been able to see the battery level of the earbuds' case on the home page of the Wearable app? I believe I should see the remaining battery levels of the earbuds and case. Thanks.

For your kind information, upon wearing the buds, tap on the Samsung Wearable app and you may see the battery percentage on the main page.

Ensure yr earbuds is connected to yr phone via Bluetooth. Once yr open the buds casing you should able to see attached screenshot. Hope it help.
