Taking notes on pictures

Hello, I want to know if there is a feature to take notes on the pictures that I have taken? I remember taking notes on the back of my pictures in the past but I may not have been using a Samsung phone at that time.

I would be able to flip the pictures and there would be a blank page, and I was able to write anything I wanted on it.

I use Samsung Note for this. But I don't always mark my photos so it works for me.

What about writing on the back of the pictures in the gallery? Was that a feature in the past? Can the S23 and S24 do that too?
