It's just the game they play when complaints arises. It's exactly the sake with all Government, Telcos & Financial Institutions. The untouchables, all beyond reach & reproach. Everything & anything they claim to be compliant with, and be accountable for or lend credibility to, do not believe it. Barefaced lies premeditated, concocted to justify the atrocities others suffering, stemming from their acts or ommission.
