s21 ultra after update to one ui 6.1

hi i have problem after update my phone  to one ui 6.1 the phone stucks and laged , and the volume key not responed quickly its take seconds , and when i us edevice give me processs system isnt responding 

i tried  factory reset ,full firmware , downgrade the software(but when downgrade have many crashes in system ) .

please help me

Turn off the new functions and clear the cache. My biggest disappointment is that super fast charging is removed and now my phone charges slowly like my power bank although using the 25w charger
