Just received the S22Ultra yesterday and had been using Samsung phones for a decade. This is the first time having a brand new phone with this problem. Even using the Z Fold 2 A525G and the Note series never had this problem,  what's going on with Samsung flagship phone?

Is that the auto restart timing when your phone restart? By the wat, your phone is SD 8 Gen 1 or Exynos variant?

The timing is 0400hrs and it's SD 8 GEN
