Any bought the pre-order and received the new phone, but now having trouble getting a slot for pick up?

Same here. All slots are fully booked. I just emailed them to seek assistance.

Same goes. I texted and emailed them but no response. Just worried they will bill my trade-in cost for this issue I cannot control.

Also checked in with samsung, they said its not their problem as third party manages the trade-in. Zz

My friend just went to the shop and dropped it there. No appointments or pick up.
