Samsung Reward points (Solved)

Preordered 2 S23plus via Samsung Online store on 2nd Feb and picked up both phones on 10th Feb, yet the rewards points hasn't credited to my member profile.

Normally how long does the points take to credit after purchasing?

I think my Samsung rewards points credit to my account 2 weeks after the whole transaction completed for my Z Fold 4... Whole transaction completed means trade in phone must be handed over to trade in partner (if there is trade in)...

Based on Samsung website, it states 14 days after the product has been delivered.

i hope i don't have to wait too long and will be qble to see the points turning up in my Samsung Rewards.. because tomorrow will be the 2 weeks from collecting the phone.
