i collected my phone on 26 Feb but yet received the 300$ voucher. The person said the lucky box will be delivered after we utilised the e voucher.  Did you receive the e voucher?

Yes but can't redeem due to wrong serial number. Already called Samsung to help same as when I redeemed the Tab S7 FE last year
