65" S95B reboot issue

my 65" S95B OLED TV randomly reboot on its own and goes back to the smarthub screen. Occur regardless of Netflix, disney+, liveTV, youtube or even when I am in the TV setting screen. Current firmware is latest at 1502. What is causing this rebooting issue?

1. Restart TV, if you haven't done that (power off wall plug, not just put TV to standby via Remote Control). Cache can build up over time and cause problem.
2. Check your storage space. TV tends to have tiny storage and may cause problem when there is not enough space.
