Hi, Im using Zflip 5, Im unable to log-in to Singpass app. Follow instructions to uninstall and reinstall the app. Went through the password, face verification but at the end, it gave error msg "Something went wrong (83-T991)".

Please help! Thanks!

@eadm Open up your Google app. Tap on the 3 dots on the top right corner of your screen. Then scroll down to find Settings and then select it. In Settings look for Password Manager then click on it. In here look at the column below Password Checkup it's called Search Passwords ... in it u just tyoe Singpass then u will see your Singpass password saved in google. U can then used the unhide eye icon beside the password to see the password. * Be reminded not to change the ID as it'll affect yr Singpass. * Also this works only if u have saved yr password on google...

@eadm if u previously have changed the Singpass password recently be reminded to keep a copy if it so u can refer if there's issue.. big and small caps special letters will affect if u didn't check properly.
