Flip 5 white stripe green line

Updated firnware and flip 5 got a stripe on left. Heard horrible story explaining to samsung but they are not giving free repair... even charge u $50 for their own mistake...what kind of logic is this?

So $50 is for workmanship then change screen is free?

Exactly. And the service personnel is telling me that after paying $50, it is just for the checking. If they found anything that shows that it is customer fault. We have to pay for the full cost of repair. So it is their words and how do we know what they do inside the technician office? If it is a defect just come clear like other big companies and offer free repair. Use Samsung since note 5. Never had such issue and now Samsung play hide and seek with loyal customers.
