Transfer File From Old Device, Anyway to transfer files from older device to my new device without display? Because my old device display gave up without any reason.

You may restore your data to the new device if you have performed backup on the old device via Samsung Cloud. You may follow the steps below:

On new device:
Setting> Account and Back up> Restore data (under Samsung Cloud tab)

Please take note that the data restored will be based on your last backup data on the old device.

You could try hooking up your old phone to an external monitor, using a USB C to USB C / A cable to try and download the app
