Been using my fold 4 for a year plus .no problem.after the ui6 update my fold 4 completely no sound.and after restart.screen will struck at samsung logo.after this fold 4 will no longer buying samsung phone.seem like if go samsung repairshop.they will say it yr problem
Just happen that the Warranty ended last year.and then they laucnh the ui6.heard alot of problem with other samsung user.now even struck at samsung logo.refused to open up.
No.they say they will charge me full cost for the screen if they check if hardware problem. The sale representative say fold 4 is like that.very fragile. So the website claim can fold up 200000 -400000 time in its life span is fake.i use one year plus.u think I everyday fold more than100 time men.false advertising at it best.last samsung phone I buy.will change to iPhone or oppo next time.
