Samsung Dex problems on S24 ultra

I have problems running Dex on s24 Ultra. Some apps doesn't run properly. My monitor become black when opens apps such as Netflix, Gallery, Samsung Internet, etc. It is not as smooth as on s22 Ultra. Some app cannot run full screen. Please help

Hi Timmy and Samsung,

I am facing the same problem as Timmy described/showed in the YT video.

When opening (or closing) an app like Samsung Internet or Gallery, the screen goes black for a few seconds.

Not every app is affected, e.g. Firefox works fine, but Samsung Internet is a must have in DEX.

This is quite annoying and prevents the full use of Dex.

I am using a single 4k monitor and the Good Lock app to use the UHD resolution.

I hope this post gets noticed by Samsung support as I assume this is a bug.
