It's kinda contradicting that you receive your phone earlier than the case (most important part of the phone). Shouldn't cases be of highest priority? If the phone get cosmetic damage on the back glass, should they be held responsible? It's easy for Samsung to say that just get a phone case outside. However, it's been promised that a phone case will be given. Wouldn't mind if they had told the customers upfront that they will not be giving the cases due to massive shortages, rather than treating the customers as fools and having them to wait forever for the included gifts. And customers would gladly (I guess?) purchase the cases externally. Spigen cases are good.
It's best for them not to promise something which they cannot deliver, instead of giving false hopes to customers.
My guess is that these gifts will arrive the same time as the release of Z Fold 4, Z Flip 4 and Watch 5. 🤣
