S22 Exclusive Colours Order

Hi Guys, I'm interested to buy s22 ultra exclusive colours online, but it takes 3-4 weeks to deliver the product. 

My question is 3-4 weeks is from the day we placed an order or 3-4 weeks from release/end of pre-order date? Because I'm not residing in Singapore but really want to have s22 ultra with graphite/sky blue colours

Normally is 4 to 4 weeks the day you ordered.

The thing is this...u dun reside in Singapore and I dun think Samsung.com Singapore delivers outside of Singapore...
