Since last week, my S20+ has been showing vertical green line. Due to a busy work schedule, I was unable to visit the service center.

Hi, you may refer to the past posts. Or u can try emailing to CEO. Some have managed to get their S20+ LCD replaced at no cost. Currently, this is only applicable to S20+.

Hopefully u can try convincing them that it's not ur fault. Though it's hard for someone to break the display without first breaking the screen glass. Most importantly, ur phone has never been dismantled before and there is no water damage. Then, u are likely to prove that it's due to software update causing the damage.

Hi me too... my note 20 ultra has the same problem I went to the Samsung service centre they asked 406 sgd for replacing the display bcoz my warranty expired am really realy disappointed 😞
