S20 plus green line

After 3 years of using the phone , my phone lcd died with green lines.. is it only hardware repair ?

The same issue happened with my S21. Samsung is charging SGD 260+ for replacing the LCD. I upgraded to S24, and now I regret my decision; it is worse. It is better to get the LCD replaced outside; it is much cheaper.

Same. S21 ultra green line more than 1 month. Samsung sg quoted me 400+. This is a big issue, why make customer pay for this. I thought I didn't handle my phone well. So many reported the same on different models, so this is definitely samsung that needs to take care of, not asking us to pay
