Hi all.

My S9, which has been a fantasstic mobile phone the past 5 years, now has a full memory. I've deleted a bunch of videos and photos but it's made very little difference.

Interestingly, about 5 days ago I got a warning on the phone saying I could have 11gb removed - duplicate files and unused apps etc, but foolishly I just closed the message. Now I can't find these 11gbs of unused apps or files etc to delete.

Any help very much appreciated. I really like this phone and I'm hoping I can keep it another year or two!

Kind thanks

If its system file then nothing much can do. But normally a factory reset and install back the apps will save you some space due to cache.
