Galaxy SI have the same issue. I spoke to some repair shops and they discouraged me from repairing it, saying that it was a hardware problem that all galaxy s21 ultra camera modules will eventually have, and even changing the camera module won't make a difference because it's a hardware production problem.

1. Soft Reset (Force Restart)
2. Clear Your App Cache
3. Software Update
4. Reset Camera Settings
5. Safe mode

There will be an evaluation cost of SGD30 and in case you wish to proceed with the repair, you will be required to pay labor cost of SGD50 excluding spare parts.
