How to use Bluetooth and pairing to device like headphones or earbuds?

if your earphone can connect to another device then means connectivity on A54 got issue.
Maybe need to factory reset

Ya the counter ask me to come down n check, cos my earbuds is in good condition and can pairing to other device, but not for my Samsung galaxy A54.

Encountered the same issues on my S23U on 3rd parties as well, Headphones were able to connect to Fold 5 & Flip 4 from other family members. Luckily, there is no issue with Galaxy Buds Pro & and Live that Inhave in hands. Did contact Samsung's & they replying using templates found online. 🤔 Sigh.
