2B/37 (base 16) = 43/55 (base 10) = 43*4/55*4(base 10) = 172/220 (base 10) = AC/DC (base 16)

    $\begingroup$ Is it weird that I'm bothered by the unnecessary conversion to base 10 and back? I mean, hex is just another format for representing integers... Then again, it does help make this answer a little more clear. +1 either way for the clever solution. $\endgroup$
