    $\begingroup$ @Cubemaster This was one heck of a beast -- combined with your other meta-puzzle it was also a magnificent blend of flavourtext and hints. The actual word that we needed to use to solve the prefix was very unexpected, by the way; until I came across the final answer and backed into the prefix a bit, and then I saw the full cleverness of those lines. $\endgroup$
