Letting go is much harder to do when one can’t imagine a future with the ones they love. Good Boy proves himself, showing that even the small can remain strong during the toughest times. Lil is given news about her mother, and Mr. See, as if for the first time, finds a different sort of evil in an unexpected place. Shariff finds a glimmer of hope during these dark times, steadily holding on to the little bit of light that is left for as long as he can.
