I love the selection of items and customizable options and the prices are very reasonable. However, I don't like how difficult it is for me to edit, especially size ratio, the pictures to my liking. I get frustrated, but get it done satisfactory. I've been satisfied with the finished product and they have made great gifts. I really wish I could score them more stars.

Customer service is hit and miss but the last person who helped me was super helpful (person before gave no solution and all but repeatedly told me I was lying). The app is very difficult. Dev team, please make adjustments so that we can switch between the app and website in a way that will not corrupt our projects. I've had multiple issues with this over at least the last decade and there hasn't been any improvement. There are app only incentives but are difficult to use if using both platforms

I dont like the fact that 4x6 photos are 'free' but the more images you add to your order the price goes up consistently making each print around 10cents each. Wish they were more transparent about the price of individual pictures vs shipping instead of combining the entire lump sum into a 'shipping' price. Very shady and a clear money grabbing tactic. I at least hope the pictures turn out in good quality.
