I took one ride from the airport to my accommodation, which was a painful process to start but a smooth ride. App was difficult to use, the pick-up zone was hard to find, and the driver was not there when the app said he should have arrived. Communication is not possible through the app as there is no messaging feature. Overall, I would suggest foreign travellers stick to Uber/ola as they're better established with cleaner processes.

There is an issue in the 'Blu' app as it was showing wrong location as per map although the address was correct in blu app as installed in his mobile. so please convey this message to your technical team. So again we need to go that wrong location as per map to start the trip as app was not accepting the OTP. due to this technical reason at the end of Blu, I got delayed. Please check it with your technical experts.

I scheduled a cab for 3 PM, but the driver did not arrive at the pickup location on time. Despite my attempts to contact customer care for a solution, they failed to respond promptly. Consequently, the cab was canceled at 3:30 PM, and only a refund was issued. However, I did not receive any compensation for the inconvenience caused by their unreliable and unprofessional service. This incident resulted in a significant delay of over 30 minutes, which was quite frustrating. Received compensation!
