The Beginner Course is carefully crafted for someone who has little or no meditation experience. Each session is designed to teach you the basics of mindfulness & meditation. These sessions include Mindfulness, Vipassana, Non-judgement, Mindful living, Science of meditation, Negative emotions, etc.

🔹Intermediate Course
These guided meditations are designed for anyone who has already learned the basics of mindfulness meditation and want to develop their practice further. @Meditio 1: On Meditio App,from the very beginning,after tuning it on - the image flashes. Like in a kaleidoscope. Flashes terribly!! The whole Application is flickering and flashes. Navigation buttons are flashing Images are flashing on tha app. It is then impossoble to use the app. Everything is shaking and flickering. 2: In meditarions without sound,you cannot add sound,from the musical note icon,during playback. You have to turn it off and start again. Please,Fix it.

On top. Literally use this app for meditations, you don't need anything else. Only thing I'd add is a calendar view of your streak, so you can see on which days you meditated, and on which you didn't. I still love the app, it's insane that this is free
