• Depending on the video type received, the video may not be pushed into the phone’s gallery. In this case, using a file management application will play the video.

Hi! Send Anywhere is an internet-based service, so an internet connection is required to transfer files. WiFi Direct Transfer, which you can transfer files without an internet connection, is ONLY available between ANDROID devices that support WiFi Direct, and sending/receiving devices must be in close proximity when in use: https://goo.gl/53L5kP
