I've been using this app for at least 7 years, and it's the only app I've been able to confidently recommend to friends the whole time (who have also used it with great success). It fills a perfect niche. Navigation isn't 100%, but the value of the function is so high that I truly don't care. I'd much rather they keep it like this forever than revamp it & slowly enshittify it.

A Great Fan Tool With A Buggy App! I love being able to follow my favorite artists and know when they're in town. It's so much better then artist or venue newsletters since they can be so repetitive. The Android app is buggy though. Specifically, it does very strange things when launched in landscape or when opening from a notification in landscape. It's sort of a spinning animation loop of doom 💀 It's also strange that I can't find any direct vendor feedback in the app or web site.

Great concept when it works. Several features have failed to work properly over the years, which is really frustrating. Currently it's the "follow" button/link for any festival, as well as the "view festival lineup" link for any festival. So it's impossible to use the app to check out a lineup or keep tabs on it. This should not be hard and shouldn't fail. I even reinstalled just in case (Android).
