Not reliable. First time I used this app, I was about to go from DMCC to Al Qouz. I booked Hala Taxi by cash and I went to the pick up point on time. I tried calling him on his registered number numerous times but no answer. Luckily, he went to take another passenger without confirming my identity and I don't have data outside our bldg premises. I ended up walking 30 minutes just to get on the wifi area and from there, I booked another ride.

I'm extremely disappointed with the terrible service from this app. The drivers were disrespectful, and the whole team lacked professionalism. The app is completely unreliable, and I won't use it again. Others should avoid this app at all costs. Please check the url you sent and I spoke to ur call centre, and again, they all missed the professionalism, and using this app is a mistake that it will not be repeated

They provide one of the worst taxi service in Saudi Arabia. Drivers are never the same as the registered when you order a taxi which is very, very insecure. People choose these services for safety, and this application sure does not offer that. Literally, you can be driving with anyone who might not have a driving licence! I have a Gold Member for almost a year, and I get zero benefits or discounts, which is basically useless membership. I do not recommend it in Saudi Arabia..
