Gives directions other transits doesn't provide. Tons of ads in the middle of finding a route and commercials. Pressured to keep the app because it just wants to charge money to work appropriately. Entering the web site has a warning on attackers being online check that out almost didn't let me use it. It gets the job done but a one time free experience which is a damper to not use the web site but have to pay to get best results. No passwords or verifications makes easy to access my info.

it's really becoming worse and worse! my work subway lines are not showing, even though they're running with no problems, only buses shows up!, when you minimize the app you loose direction unless you put the starting station again, it doesn't refresh time automatically unless you click at starting station again, it's difficult to save your home station and work station as home & work respectively, i really regret paying for the pro version

I love it! And it's essential for someone who is transit dependent like me. Of course, it can benefit from some tweaks. For example, when selecting a line and direction, some lines have several directions (or destinations) that have limited use. So, I would suggest highlighting the two most used directions on each line in order to improve the apps efficiency. Second, when searching for a nearby station there should be a way to sort by earliest departure time instead of by station (stop).
