Update 2024-06-21: Another five months go by and the cursor issue and zoom offset when using the keyboard is still happening. It has been 3 years now. I've given up and am now using the old Remote Desktop 8 app which I had to obtain from a third party outside the Play Store, and Android warns about its potential compatibility, but it works better than this unmaintained solution. Is anyone at the helm of this thing? A severe usability bug persisting for more than three years is ridiculous!

Used to work OK. Now recent update deleted all my workspaces. When I try to sign in again, it says workplace(s) already exists! Oh really, so where are they? Why can't I see them. Totally useless to me now. Edit: thank you that worked, but my second issue is that this app will not work on my pixel tablet. Never has. Using the same exact URL as on the phone app, I keep getting "No workspace is associated with this URL." Same issue if I try witb email address.

Thank you for your feedback. Please go into the side panel -> Troubleshooting -> Reset AVD Workspaces, and then add it again.
Edit:
Do you have the same app version on your pixel tablet? Can you please try typing the url, waiting a couple of seconds, deleting the last character, type the last character again?

Pro: It works quite well. Sometimes for as much as ten minutes! Con: It crashes quite frequently. Annoyingly, a lot. I have "anonymous feedback" enabled, so Microsoft must just enjoy the constant crash reports. Alas, I've found no other RDP app to switch to, so I continue force closing with this one... At least it seems to get regular updates. Note: Dec 11 update did not appear to address any of the crashing issues.
