Initially the app was easy to use & consistent. A couple days ago I was unable to log in both from my app & from the web browser. it will not allow login keeps telling me access denied, no account found,and I called customer service. It took a few hrs to resolve it but they did & for 1 1/2 days it was good. Today I'm back to the same issue! I called customer service thinking they have my notes & can fix it quick. Nope! I'm in limbo again! Not happy!

It's way too confusing!!! You don't get an itemized statement, email, NOTHING!!! If it started with a balance at the very beginning so a person can work from that point on, I believe, would make it a better tool to utilize!! As of now, If I could change to another direct deposit situation I would INSTANTLY!!! The only POSITIVE that I've appreciated about it was that I had an unexpected situation arise and in less than 48hrs I had funds readily to use and resolved the matter quickly!

Sometimes I get the full amount of money from my shift sometimes I dont. I guarantee they owe me money. I only recommend this app and to use it when you need money now. I've seen my balance change after a FEW days and be anywhere from 30-100$ less. The customer service is trash and they always give the same generic excuse (we are updating our system) like bro it's been 3 months... I want someone to go through my payments and look at what I'm owed. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
