We will count on you to:

• Manage the end-to-end to delivery of complex projects, ensuring that the projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high level of client satisfaction
• Provide transparent, factual visibility and communication of progress and points of escalation to key stakeholders including sponsors, work-stream leaders, delivery teams and third party suppliers
• Develop and maintain detailed, robust, high-quality project management artefacts including resources, scope, schedule, cost, assumptions, dependencies, etc.; keep plans updated through the project lifecycle
• Understand the impact of time, cost and scope changes and make adjustment using formal change control procedures. Ensure all changes are communicated appropriately
• Manage dependencies with other initiatives and negotiate resource requirements with responsible management when faced with conflicts in priorities
• Provide proactive risk and issue management, through the validation and control of uncertainties and assumptions
  
  

What you need to have:

• Higher education to degree level or equivalent
• 4+ years’ experience of complex and major project management gained in management consulting or equivalent sized business environments, preferably at a global scale
• An excellent command of English
• Relevant project management qualification: PRINCE2/PMI/APM or equivalent
• An advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Word, Excel, Power Point
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to interact across all levels of the organization, are essential for this role
• The ability to manage heavy workloads to meet deadlines and deliver consistently high standards of work by planning and prioritizing effectively
• Strong attention to detail, with special focus on written work is essential for this role
  
  

What makes you stand out:

• Previous experience in the SSC and/or matrix organization structure
• Knowledge of other European languages like French, German etc.
