What will you do?


As Customer Service/Order Management Analyst you'll be responsible for:

  • Management of Product & Distribution Complaint
  • Returns Processing
  • Delivery Management
  • Customer Master Management
  • Customer Order Intake and Processing
  • Order Errors / Exception Management
  • Order Validation
  • Performing Billing & Invoicing
  • Verbal and written communication with B2B Customers
  • Support of the hotline for business clients




What do we expect?

  • Min 1 year of business experience in Order Management , Order to Bill or Order to Cash process
  • Experience in using SAP SD
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills and ability to maintain professional business contact
  • Ideally fluent English skills both in the spoken and written form, plus minimum C1 degree of competence in Spanish
  • Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with main focus on Administration or Supply Chain Management. Alternatively, an equivalent progressive working experience
  • Ability to prioritize, analytical skills, can-do attitude
