Recently, our IT department had the opportunity to come together in a unique setting – they spent the day on the water and then enjoyed a barbecue in the midst of nature. 🌳🔥 It was not only fun but also a fantastic way to strengthen teamwork and communication. Shared experiences outside the office allow us to get to know each other better and build stronger relationships, which translates into more effective work every day. 🎉 We did it!    We successfully completed another edition of Limango Camp '24, which took place in the beautiful Lipno nad Vltavou. The camp lasted three days, and we traveled 480 kilometers to get there, but the joy and smiles we experienced were absolutely priceless and worth it.   Our days were filled with memorable activities, from outdoor adventures to a cozy bonfire by the lake. The team-building exercises brought us closer together, creating lasting memories and strengthening our connections. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated and made this event special. This event aims to empower women in technology and science and establish Poland as a leading European hub for women in tech. It also hosts Europe’s largest job fair for women in the tech industry. The event featured inspiring talks, engaging workshops, and fantastic networking opportunities🤩⚡️Our team had numerous conversations, sharing our mission, activities, and recruitment projects with passionate attendees. We are proud to have a significant number of women in our IT teams. Empowering women in tech is essential for fostering innovation, diversity, and equality. By supporting women through mentorship, providing equal opportunities, and promoting inclusive workplaces, we can break down barriers and create a tech landscape where everyone can thrive.

Our People & Organization team had the pleasure of participating an inspiring HR Breakfast organized by Just Join IT & RocketJobs.pl 📌 We talked about the use of AI in a recruiter's work and how to make your daily work easier thanks to automation🌐 Two main presentations focused on: 👉Automation in recruitment and how to use AI and technology to improve business efficiency in HR. Today, we say goodbye to Martin Solarski at Limango Polska (A member of the Otto Group). Martin's been a true cornerstone for the development of the company, leading our Polish branch for years. As he moves on, we're taking a moment to recognize the mark he's left on us. Martin's been the driving force behind the growth of the polish limango business, steering us through good and tough times. His leadership set a high bar, encouraging innovation and teamwork.  While we'll miss him, we're also excited for his next chapter. Martin has a lot of talent and we know he'll thrive wherever he ends up. Thanks, Martin, for the laughs, the leadership, and yes, even the ping-pong battles.
