Can something become hot enough that it stops glowing?
So I understand that matter emits EM waves when hot. And that the higher the temperature, the shorter the wavelength, so cooler flames start off orange and the hotter flames reach light blue and white....

Max Planck - what does 'per wavelength' mean?
Planck says
$$B_\nu(T)=\frac{2hc^2}{λ^5}\,\frac{1}{\mathrm{e}^{hc/λk_BT}-1}.$$
It's defined as energy emitted per unit volume per wavelength. I'm not sure if this includes per solid angle, but I ...

Deeper underlying explanation for color-shift in Wien's Law?
Suppose we have a blackbody object, maybe a star or a metal (although I understand neither of these are actually blackbody objects, to some extent my understanding is they can approximate one). ...

Do all bodies emit all type of radiation?
Does only ideal black body radiate all type of wavelength at any temperature above 0K?
Edit: My teacher told us that according to prevost theory all body radiates all type of wavelength? But I ...

What is the distance between photons?
In the book of The First Three Minutes by Weinberg, at page 69, he states that
We also saw that the decrease in the energy density of black-body
radiation at long wavelengths is due to the diffi- ...
