Energy density drops in all regions of space in Standard inflation, and in some regions of space in Chaotic/Eternal inflation

Why does Standard inflation say that energy density drop in all regions of space and inflation stops, while Chaotic/Eternal inflation say that energy density drop in some regions and some other ...

Is quantum theory useful to describe the whole cosmos? [closed]

We often say that QFT describes the nature on a fundamental level. However this is indeed a very complicated theory for which the calculations related to the interaction of just a few particles simply ...

Can the vacuum energy be made finite with quantized space

From what I know the reason we have infinite vacuum energy is because according to Quantum Field Theory at every point in space we have something analogous to a harmonic oscillator but since the Zero ...

Can the energy of the universe ever be infinite in qunatum physics? [closed]

Suppose that the universe runs under some variants of QFT, with universal wavefunction and Hamiltonian. Then would infinite energy of the universe ever be possible? According to what I am thinking, ...
