  • $\begingroup$ That is certainly a book worth reading. I haven't looked at subatomic particle physics in a long time, but when I was learning about it, Georgi was up there with the Gods. "Young diagrams" are mentioned in MTW on page 86. I don't believe they are really what I'm looking for right now. I'm thinking, for example the completely antisymmetric part $R_{\alpha\left[\beta\gamma\delta\right]}=0$ could be represented as 4 $4\times{4}\times{4}$ cubes, etc. But I haven't thought it through. $\endgroup$ Commented Dec 29, 2018 at 1:08
