enable the ores extension in your local environment
configure it per page triage documentation
- https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:PageTriage#ORES
configure draft namespace per page triage documentation
- https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:PageTriage#Enabling_draft_namespace
Run php tests/phpunit/phpunit.php --filter PageTriage

What happens?:

errors and failures due to blocked http calls

What should have happened instead?:

passing tests
