The Intilaqa Management Consulting Company (IMCC) was established on the 1st of April 2018 to focus on Management Consultancy Services. IMCC was established with the aim of providing relevant and sustainable Career Coaching, Executive Coaching, People & Culture Solutions, and Psychometric Assessments to support businesses in establishing, implementing, transforming, and innovating on their unique and individual requirements. As a small business, we are able to afford our clients a higher level of attention whilst consulting on the various architected People & Culture Solutions. It is owned by two well-seasoned Subject Matter Experts both with 20 years of proven pragmatic experience and passion for people. They share a vast array of experience over various industries and sectors; these include but are not limited to: Telecommunication, Banking, Construction, IT, Aluminum Manufacturing, Defense Industry Companies, Aviation, Automotive, Financial, Ports, Mining, Tourism, Family Businesses, Fertilizer Manufacturing and Pelletizing.
