In the year ahead we expect to see a focus on increased performance and efficiency gains within the Public Sector. We can help you create organisational efficiency and empower you to implement a robust change process to achieve the outcomes you need by leveraging our extensive record of managing multiple senior appointment processes in conjunction. Last year, we worked with a government department to exclusively recruit over 60 new roles in a significant programme of change, using bespoke tools including sophisticated in-house sourcing techniques delivering an efficient, transparent, and robust process. Closely partnering, we committed deeply to our engagement model and adapted to our client needs, including the provision of the in-depth reporting they required. We supported them to appoint all roles by the required deadline with praise of our high touch approach that helped maintain the their sound relationships with their highly valued internal candidates. Managing the human side of any change process fairly and with empathy is vital. We ensure your valuable team members are well cared for, diversity is embraced, Kaupapa Māori is upheld, internal and external stakeholders are appreciated, and the programme is delivered in the most time efficient and cost-effective approach possible. Partnering with you means being guided by a strong picture of what your people need, and then combining that with our extensive candidate pools and best practice methodology, all on a platform of proven experience.
