WHAT ARE THE SEPA AND GOOGLE PAY LIMITATIONS FOR GEFORCE NOW MEMBERSHIPS?

I DON'T SEE GOOGLE PAY OR SEPA AS AN OPTION IN "SAVED PAYMENT METHODS."

Due to payment processing limitations, Google Pay and SEPA may not be available to all users depending on their transaction state. If you want to use Google Pay or SEPA and it's not visible in Saved Payment Methods, upgrading to a higher tier may enable the option.

 

SEPA is only available in these countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, French Guiana, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

 

WHY CAN'T I ACCESS MY MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS IMMEDIATELY AFTER SUBSCRIBING WITH SEPA?

SEPA Direct Debit payments do not immediately debit your bank account. It may take up to five business days to settle, and your membership benefits will be enabled at that time. You will receive the full month of benefits from the date your account was debited.

 

I UPDATED MY GOOGLE PAY ACCOUNT, WHY AREN'T THE CHANGES REFLECTED ON GFN?

To cancel or change your membership, you must change your membership subscription and payment details directly in the NVIDIA Account Portal. Otherwise, your credit card may still be charged. To update payment information, visit Saved Payment Methods.

 

WHY CAN'T I EDIT THE DETAILS ASSOCIATED WITH GOOGLE PAY OR SEPA IN THE ACCOUNT PORTAL?

Due to payment process limitations, making changes to Google Pay or SEPA details may not be available to all users. Visit Saved Payment Methods to view available options.

 

I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF UPDATING MY MEMBERSHIP BUT STOPPED. HOWEVER, MY PAYMENT METHOD DETAILS STILL CHANGED. WHY?

Users can adjust their preferred payment method in Saved Payment Methods and within the downgrade process. Users who do not complete a downgrade process may no longer have access to select payment methods.

 

WHY DO I HAVE TO CHANGE MY PAYMENT METHOD TO PAYPAL OR CREDIT CARD IF MY GOOGLE PAY OR SEPA PAYMENT HAS FAILED?

Due to payment processing limitations, Google Pay or SEPA may not be available to users in specific transaction states. Users with failed payments will not be able to update their Google Pay or SEPA payment details and must change to PayPal or credit card to maintain their subscription at the same tier.

 

I’M A FOUNDERS MEMBER AND I WANT TO USE SEPA OR GOOGLE PAY AS A PAYMENT METHOD.

Due to payment processing limitations, Google Pay and SEPA may not be available to all members who want to update their payment information. If you want to use Google Pay or SEPA and it's not visible in Saved Payment Methods, upgrading to a higher tier may enable the option. Once you have selected Google Pay or SEPA as your payment method, please note that making future plan downgrades or changes may require you change your payment method back to credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
