Very primitive, but useful plugin. I will use it as a notification about spoilers ahead to prevent my visitors bad experience. Other idea I came with – using this bar as notification in style “you are reading outdated post, presented here only in historic purpose, please proceed to updated post – LINK”. For further updates I would like to recommended this features: ability to add this advice box for all custom post types (in theory one can do this by 3rd party plugins, but would be nice if you added this feature in-code), ability to use buttons in advice box, clicking on which will hide advice box for long time (by using cookies), and more stylesheets.
