Would you like to actively execute Program Management for a large Key Account and at the same time manage a small team of Customer Program Managers. A challenging combination of coaching and developing the team and at the same leading by example for the account you’re responsible for.

The Global Program Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing the operational customer journey over the sites and hence you’re working closely together with Key Customers on one hand and with the internal organization on the other hand. Hence, you’re cooperating intensively with the Global Key Account Managers - who focus on the overall account strategy & the commercial roadmap- and the Managing Directors of the different manufacturing sites who are responsible for the P&L. You translate the customer requirements like capacity, capabilities and performance (QLTC) in successful and concrete customer roadmaps which are aligned with the manufacturing sites globally.

Job Responsibilities

• Work together with the key customers, the Global Program Managers (your team), the Global Key Account Managers, the Global Operations Director and site Managing Directors to define, drive and deploy the customer Roadmaps inside NTS.
• Steer the Operational customer experience upwards by actively helping the manufacturing sites to perform well having the right capacity, capabilities (e.g. Technology), output (QLTCS) and consistent reports for customers.
• Drive and steer the customer product portfolio by deploying an active life cycle management leading to a healthy and profitable product set.
• Drive the Key Account plans with comprehensive global Operational roadmaps supporting the overall key account plan.
• Prepare and present compelling business cases after consultation with major stakeholders, like steering committees, Global Key Account Managers and site managing directors.
• Get Global Program Management to the next level together with your team and stakeholders
• Report the progress of the customer program to NTS Group and customer management.

Job Requirements

• You have a technical HBO/WO education
• At least 10 years of successful business or program management experience.
• At least 10 years of project management experience in high-tech innovation projects.
• At least 5 years of experience in a mechatronics OEM or supplier, in a development or operations environment
• Develop and motivate team members.
• Combine strategic insight with result driven pragmatism.
• Drive customer satisfaction as the leading indicator for business results.
• Strong, proven track record in financial management (business cases, accounting).
• Commercial experience: listening, convincing, negotiating.
• Leader with personal effectiveness to deal with complex situations and conflicts.
• Good knowledge of English, verbal and written.
