What You’ll Do:

- Learn and Grow: Receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop your recruitment skills and industry knowledge.

- Talent Sourcing: Assist in sourcing and attracting top talent specializing in Data & AI through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, conducting initial interviews and assessments to match them with suitable opportunities.

- Client Interaction: Support senior consultants in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the Medtech, Biotech, and Healthcare sectors.

- Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, and updating databases.

- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new candidates, providing guidance and support to help them integrate quickly.

- Performance Tracking: Help track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with industry regulations and best practices, upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity.

What We’re Looking For:

To excel in this role, you should have a strong interest in recruitment and the life sciences, data, AI, or IT sectors. While previous experience in recruitment or sales is a plus, it is not required. Strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude are essential.

Your analytical skills will allow you to identify trends and make data-driven decisions, while your ability to engage and build relationships with candidates will drive their success. A continuous improvement mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work within a structured environment are crucial.
